comfortable, comfortable, comfortable
I stayed in a Standard Twin Room and was surprised by the comfort and amenities. The room had a kettle for my morning tea, a fridge for snacks, and stable Wi-Fi that made my stay enjoyable. Its central location allowed easy access to fantastic dining spots and the bus tour pickup area, adding convenience to my visit.

The room on the second floor was clean and a good size, featuring an en-suite bathroom. I appreciated having my own space that included basic essentials.
The carpet throughout the hotel was worn and fraying, contributing to an overall dated impression. My room had a small, non-opening window that faced an alleyway, resulting in limited natural light and no fresh air. The shower worked well, but the air conditioner was unreliable, and I encountered issues such as a missing bulb and stains on the blanket. Some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, which could disrupt sleep for light sleepers.

Great location right in the heart of Perth. Easy access to shopping and excellent dining options nearby. Room cleanliness stood out, despite being a bit dated. I appreciated the friendly staff who were eager to help, especially William and Arina. They arranged a quieter room for me as I’m a light sleeper. The breakfast at the hotel cafe was satisfying, and a good deal for the price. the shower wasn’t ideal. the temperature control was tricky and the water pressure fluctuated. The lift was quite slow and felt a bit old, but considering it's a historic hotel, that could add to its charm. a comfortable stay with minor inconveniences to keep in mind.

The room was unexpectedly spacious with both a double and single bed, which gave me extra space for my luggage. The air conditioning worked well during my stay, ensuring a comfortable environment despite the outside temperature. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, adding a personal touch to the experience. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby dining options and attractions.
The shower had some inconsistencies. it wasn’t as reliable as I had hoped.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for one night and was really frustrated by the shower. It barely worked and made this loud noise when it did, which woke us up early when others used it. The room had a stain on the blanket and the hallway was messy with dirty laundry. On the bright side, the bed was decent and the staff seemed nice, but cleanliness needs serious attention.
